Due to the nature of the item, for sanitary purposes there are no refunds or exchanges.  In the unlikely event you receive a damaged item, we will gladly replace it.

Always remember to double check your address is correct before placing an order. If your order has been sent out to an incorrect address, we will NOT cover the loss and  you will have to place another order. 

UK Delivery Information - Royal Mail

Free standard delivery on all orders when you spend over £35 

UK Shipping:
First Class - £2 (1-2 days)
Standard Shipping - £1.50 (2-3 days)
Next day - £5 

If you pay for Next day delivery on a Friday and Saturday, your parcel will get sent off on the day 1st class as it is not guaranteed.

USA Delivery Information - USPS 

Process time: 1-2 days (not inc weekends)

Standard Shipping (up to 2-4 days) 
Please note express shipping can take up to 7 days (not inc weekend) but we aim to deliver it within 2-4 days.

Orders made before 3:00 PM Monday to Thursday will be dispatched on the same day.

Working days are from Monday to Friday and exclude Bank Holidays and weekends.
